How do I reset my sFTP password?
Click Forgot Password on the login screen and follow the prompts to reset your password.
Why didn’t I receive all the available files?
This may happen if:
- Required files were not provided, so we couldn’t generate all requested data.
- Your agency has not requested those files.
What do I need to name my files?
Once your sFTP account is set up, your Health Net contact will let you know the required naming convention to use.
