Language Assistance

No Cost Language Services are available to you. You can get an interpreter. You can get documents read to you and some translated for you in your language.

For help, call us at the number listed on your Health Net ID card. If you do not have a Health Net ID card, there is a list of Customer Contact Centers below. 

Medi-Cal

  • Hours of operation: 24 hours a day
