Subcontractor Network Certification

The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) requires Medi-Cal Managed Care Plans (MCPs), including Health Net Community Solutions, Inc., to conduct Subcontractor Network Certifications (SNCs) to validate compliance with network adequacy and access requirements in accordance with DHCS All Plan Letter (APL) 23-006 (PDF).
