CalViva Health Medi-Cal New Provider Resources
CalViva Health is a licensed health plan that contracts with Health Net to serve Medi-Cal enrollees in Fresno, Kings and Madera counties. CalViva Health and Health Net Community Solutions, Inc. (Health Net) are excited about the opportunity to partner with you to meet the health care needs of Medi-Cal beneficiaries.
The materials here and the trainings available online supplement the Plan's operations manuals to assist you in understanding and adhering to policies and procedures in accordance with your Provider Participation Agreement (PPA).
In-person training is also available. Physicians, practitioners and other providers who prefer in-person training may contact Provider Relations by email to request a training session. Developed by the Health Industry Collaboration Effort (HICE), this toolkit includes provider tools and resources to care for and interact with diverse populations.
