Community Health Plan of Imperial Valley Medi-Cal New Provider Resources

Community Health Plan of Imperial Valley is a licensed health plan that contracts with Health Net to serve Medi-Cal enrollees in Imperial County. Community Health Plan of Imperial Valley and Health Net Community Solutions, Inc. (Health Net) are excited about the opportunity to partner with you to meet the health care needs of Medi-Cal beneficiaries.

The materials here and the trainings available online supplement the Plan's operations manuals to assist you in understanding and adhering to policies and procedures in accordance with your Provider Participation Agreement (PPA).

In-person training is also available. Physicians, practitioners and other providers who prefer in-person training may contact Provider Relations by email to request a training session.

  Find quick-reference contact information to request no-cost phone and onsite medical interpreter services through the Plan’s Language Support Line.
• Better Communication, Better Care: Provider Tools to Care for Diverse Populations toolkit (PDF)
  Developed by the Health Industry Collaboration Effort (HICE), this toolkit includes provider tools and resources to care for and interact with diverse populations. HICE is a multidisciplinary team of providers, health plans, associations, and accrediting bodies that work collaboratively to implement and improve regulatory compliance.

• Certificate of New Provider Training form (PDF)
