What is Medi-Cal?
Medi-Cal is California's Medicaid health program for people with limited income. With Medi-Cal you, family members and friends can get a wide range of free or low-cost medical and dental services. This includes adults, children and people with disabilities. In addition to pregnant women, children in foster care, adults under the age of 25 and children who are not documented. There are no monthly premiums, no co-pays!
How to Enroll in Our Plans
Once you have Medi-Cal, you can choose to join our plan by enrolling in Health Net. You have a few easy options:

Health Net Medi-Cal Dental Plan
Here's a reason to smile. Health Net is the only Medi-Cal plan in Los Angeles and Sacramento counties that offers both medical and dental coverage.
Healthcare Options (HCO) is available at 1-800-430-4263 (TTY 1-800-430-7077) and let them know you'd like Health Net as your Medi-Cal plan. You can also download and complete the HCO Medi-Cal Managed Care Choice Enrollment Form, then mail it in.
