Other Care Options

Health Net of California, Inc. and Health Net Life Insurance (Health Net) is here to help make sure you receive the care and services you need. If you feel sick, please make sure you contact your primary care physician (PCP). They know you best and is your first option to discuss your health.

If you can't reach your PCP there are other resources you can access. Below is a list of services to help you maintain your health, including information on financial help, food delivery, job placement, and more.

To get general information related to COVID-19, track symptoms or locate the nearest testing center, you may call our COVID-19 automated phone line. Remember, please contact your PCP first before following up with a testing center location.

Babylon Health Net teamed up with Babylon to give you access to telehealth care at no additional cost for most plans through the Babylon app. Download the app to get started. In the Babylon app, you can check symptoms online. If medical care is needed, it can also connect you with a doctor or nurse practitioner for telehealth services. Babylon medical appointments are available 24/7. Behavioral health appointments are available weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Pacific time).

  • Health Net waived member cost-shares for all telehealth services through May 31, 2021.
  • Cost-sharing terms of the member's health plan will apply for telehealth services received on or after June 1, 2021.
  • Babylon appointments are available at no cost to most Health Net members but some members may have a co-pay. Please refer to the member's health coverage document for more information.

MHN Services (MHN) Help protect your mental health. Obtain referrals to outpatient providers in the MHN network or ask questions about your mental health benefits. In the event you need help with substance use or if you are in a crisis, MHN can help you get to the right County agency for help. MHN telephonic crisis support is free, private and available 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year. Please call the phone # listed on your member ID card
