Health Net Services Available for Support due to Recent Tragedies

Health care is human care and that’s never more important than during a personal, family or community crisis. In the wake of the recent tragedies in Monterey Park and Half Moon Bay, Health Net is supporting its members and local residents with critical services. If you or a relative is a Health Net member, you can use the following services to get the support you need:

Call to Get Help with Coping

Health Net members can call our experts at MHN for coping support. MHN can offer referrals to mental health counselors, local services, or phone consultations. These services can help members cope with grief, stress, or trauma related to the winter storms. You can call the following hotline 24 hours a day, seven days a week: 1-800-227-1060.

Get Connected to a Doctor Without Leaving Your Home

As a Health Net member, you can also speak to doctors and behavioral health therapists for non-emergency consultations. These phone and video appoints are available through our Babylon app – anytime, anywhere! In fact, medical appointments are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We offer behavioral health appointments over the phone between 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Pacific time ) – just call 1-800-475-6168.

Not a Health Net Member?

We have resources available to help non-Health Net community members who are also coping with grief, stress, or trauma. Non-Health Net members can call 1-888-426-0030, 24 hours a day, seven days a week for support.
