Take care of you and your child’s smile and you may get extra benefits. You can earn gift cards and more for going to the dentist and taking care of your oral health.
If you or your child are a Health Net Medi-Cal Dental Member and received care on or after July 1, 2025, you may qualify for the following:
- For Health Net Medi-Cal Dental Members who complete the Oral Health Assessment and have a preventive visit within 90 days of enrollment
- All Medi-Cal Dental Members
- One gift card per Member per lifetime.1
- For Health Net Medi-Cal Dental Child Members who complete their first dental visit prior to their first birthday
- Child Medi-Cal Dental Members up to one year old
- One gift card per Member per lifetime1
- For Health Net Medi-Cal Dental Members who receive at least one sealant on a permanent molar
- Child Medi-Cal Dental Members 6-9 and 10-14
- One gift card per Member per lifetime1
- For Health Net Medi-Cal Dental Members who receive two preventive dental visits in a 12-month period
- Child Medi-Cal members up to 20 years old
- One gift card per Member per lifetime1
- For Health Net Medi-Cal Dental Members who have an extraction
- Member must take a quiz
- Adult Medi-Cal Dental Members 21 and older
- One gift card per Member per lifetime1
Claim your gift
You will need to complete a form online attesting that you’ve met the requirements and are eligible for the gift card. A Health Net Medi-Cal Dental representative will check the information to confirm whether or not you are eligible to receive the gift card.
