Your password must be at least 6 characters long, but not longer than 15 characters. It must contain at least 1 letter and 1 number and it must be different from your User Name. Some special characters are supported, but not all. When logging in, please note your password is case sensitive.
If you forget your password, you will be asked to answer your Password Security Question. We will then email you a temporary password so you can access the web site and reset your password.

Yes. potential members are not able to log into the site until their coverage has started. In addition, you must be at least 13 years old to use our site and you must be the primary subscriber or a dependent on a Health Net policy. If you meet both of these criteria you can then register for the site beginning on the effective date of your policy and you can continue using the site for 18 months after your policy terminates.
A Sign-In Seal is a photo that will display on the authentic Health Net site. Look for it every time you sign in to make sure you are not a victim of phishing.
Phishing is one of the fastest growing identity theft threats on the Internet. Phishers use phony Web sites with actual brands designed to steal valuable personal information such as user names, passwords, credit card numbers, and Social Security numbers. Once a user is lured onto the phony site, they are asked to provide personal data that can be used to steal the member's identity. Presenting the member with their Sign-In Seal at sign-on helps to assure users they are on the legitimate Health Net site.
