Initial loading dose
6 mg PO once
2 mg PO daily is recommended for > 2-4 months post-transplant (low to moderate immunologic risk) or 12 months post-transplant (high immunologic risk)
Adjusting Rapamune therapy should be based upon monitoring therapeutic blood concentrations, clinical signs/symptoms, tissue biopsy and laboratory parameters.

Rapamune: 0.5 mg, 1 mg and 2 mg tablets and 1 mg/ml oral solution
