Health Net proudly releases the following Patient Satisfaction Honor Roll for HMO/POS provider groups. These provider groups exhibited exemplary overall performance in a survey for patient satisfaction. The survey (known as the Patient Assessment Survey) measured various factors, including a member’s overall satisfaction with care; how well practitioners in the PPG interact with members; if the member got care in an appropriate amount of time; and whether the office staff was helpful.
Patient Satisfaction results currently reflect 2009 results and will be updated with 2011 results shortly.
Health Net’s patient satisfaction criteria reviewed other measures of satisfaction as well. For example, the fewer complaints a provider group received per their patient pool, the better.
