Premiums are due by the 1st of every month to keep your account active, and avoid coverage loss. We recommend you make your payment by the last day of the month before. (Example: If your premium is due February 1st, make your payment by January 31st.)

Your Wallet is a safe and secure place to store your payment method information for your Health Net premium payment. You set it up in your Health Net BillMatrix account. Then you can create, update and cancel the payment methods you have saved. Plus, you can choose a default payment method–just select the option on the drop down menu when making your payment.
Important Note about Recurring Payment Methods: Credit cards aren't accepted for recurring online payments. If you would like to use your credit card to pay your premium you can always use the one-time payment option online, or our 24-hour payment line.

You will get a "payment blocked" message if you try to pay online. It's a safeguard we put in so you don't end up paying twice what you owe!
You can pay online but first cancel your automatic bank draft. Call us if you'd like to do that. We'll let you know when your draft will be canceled. Then, 24 hours after your automatic bank draft is canceled, you can come back here and pay online
