The Health Net Advantage Hotline was established with one goal in mind: for you to provide reliable answers to your customers' health plan-related questions quickly and accurately.
Every Advantage Hotline representative has received extensive, specialized training in order to assist with inquiries regarding coverage and its administration including medical claims, pharmacy, eligibility and billing, and a variety of other topics.
Regardless the inquiry, a hotline representative will attempt to settle the issue while your customer is on the line. Our goal is to provide the information needed to resolve the issues on the very first call that is made. If for some reason additional research is required, the hotline representative will take responsibility to find the information, get a resolution and follow up with Health Net members as quickly as possible.
