Video Medical and Behavioral Health Appointments at no additional cost for Medi-Cal members

Health Net Community Solutions, Inc. (Health Net) teamed up with Babylon to give you access to telehealth care at no additional cost through the Babylon app. Know that the bond you have with your primary care provider (PCP) is important. Let them help you stay on top of your health!

If you cannot reach your doctor you can use the Babylon app to make an appointment to speak face-to-face with a health care provider for non-emergency medical or behavioral health issues. Babylon medical appointments are available 24/7. Behavioral health appointments are available weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Pacific time). This means you can speak to a doctor or therapist when you need to.1 And, you can always monitor your symptoms in the app.

Translation services are free of charge. Just tap Request a Translator when you book your appointment.

  • Anxiety and depression1
  • Rashes and pink eye
  • Upset stomachs and stomach flu2
  • Headaches and migraines
  • Fever, cold and flu
  • Cough and sore throat
  • Urgent prescriptions, if needed (limits may apply)3

  1. Search for Babylon in the App Store or on Google Play.

  2. Download the app.

  3. Register yourself. To sign-up, enter your information and when prompted for a membership code enter: HNMC. (You must be 18 or older to sign up.)
  4. Add children under 18. Tap the Profiles tab and select Add Family Member.

    Note: If you are a parent or guardian setting up an account for a child under 18, you must register first and then add the child to your account. You do not have to be covered by Health Net to register your child.
  5. Schedule an appointment. Tap Book Appointment on the home page to schedule a virtual visit for you or a child.

    Note: Translation services are free of charge. Just tap Request a Translator when you book your appointment.
